Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced state re- licensure survey completed November 17, 2021, Icare Home Care Services was found to be in compliance with the requirements of PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51.

Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced state re- licensure survey and a follow-up survey completed November 17, 2021, Icare Home Care Services was in compliance and had corrected the deficiencies cited under, and PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state license surveys completed June 7, 2021, and September 21, 2021.
